Chick-Fil-A Day/Night - March 16, 2011

It's Bear Creek Spirit Day at Chick-Fil-A once again. 

Wednesday, March 16, 2011 from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. is our day. That's right, it's all day.

To help support Bear Creek Elementary, all you have to do is print out the Bear Creek Spirit Day/Night flyer and present it with your order. Chick-Fil-A at Eastpoint Mall generously donates 20% of these receipts to Bear Creek.


You can also find this fundraiser information on the Dundalk Patch website.

So if you LOVE Chick-Fil-A like we do, remember to stop in for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner on Wednesday, March 16, 2011. Just remember to print a flyer. And if you have friends or family in the area who also love Chick-Fil-A, please pass a flyer along to them as well. All are welcome, and the more, the merrier.

Remember, our Chick-Fil-A also has a kids play area, so stop on in with the kids and let them play while you enjoy a some great food!

Market Day Pickup Reminder - 3/16/11

Thank you to everyone who ordered from Market Day this month, either by sending in your order form or by going online to the Market Day website. Orders will be ready for pickup at Bear Creek tomorrow, Wednesday, March 16, 2011. They will either be in the lobby or in the gym from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Remember that Market Day orders are once a month, and pickup day is once a month. For more information about ordering from Market Day, please check out our Fundraisers page, and for order dates and pickup dates, please go to our Upcoming Events page or print out an Important Dates flyer.

To help our school and our students with Market Day orders, you can go directly to their website, sign up for a free account, and select Bear Creek Elementary as your school. Or you can pick up an order form every month in the school lobby.

Market Day ONLINE Orders Due by 2/10/2011 at 11:00 p.m.

Reminder

If you are planning on ordering anything from Market Day online, the orders are due by 11:00 p.m. Thursday night (2/10/2011). If you have never order from Market Day before, it's really easy.

All you have to do is log on to Market Day's website to place your order. If you don't yet have an account, it's easy to create one. Just remember to select Bear Creek Elementary as your school.

There is a monthly ordering deadline, and there is a pickup day every month as well. This month, for orders placed by 2/10/2011 at 11:00 p.m., you can pick your order up at Bear Creek on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 in the lobby or in the gym from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Thank You for Your Support of our Mustang Pizza Fundraiser

A huge thanks to everyone who participated!

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who made last night's fundraiser a success! Your participation helped us raise $68, which has been generously increased by Mustang Pizza and Subs to $75.

We hope that you will help us again next time, and we hope to have even more participation then. Thanks again to everyone, and thanks to Tom at Mustang Pizza and Subs!

It's Mustang Pizza Fundraiser Night

Tonight from 4:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. is our Bear Creek Mustang Pizza Fundraiser.

Mustang Pizza and Subs is generously donating 20% of tonight's sales (with Bear Creek flyer) to the Bear Creek PTA. Just print out a flyer and give it to the delivery driver or hand it to the cashier, and the PTA will get a nice donation from Tom at Mustang Pizza and Subs.

Please note that there is an additional special printed right on the flyer. If you order that special, Tom donates an extra $1 to Bear Creek. You can see the entire menu and even order online at mustangpizza.com.

You can download and print a flyer. They were also sent home with the children last week, and they are available in the school lobby.

Reminder - Bear Creek Health Fair Tonight

The 1st Annual Bear Creek Health Fair is tonight, 5:30-7:30 p.m. This is a free event.

There will be workshops and discussions of some key issues such as setting rules and routines, childhood nutrition, bullying, and more. We will even have childcare for children in grades Pre-K through 5 so you can fully participate in any of the activities we have. Click here for a flyer.

The Baltimore County Public Schools' Parentmobile will be joining us as well. It is a traveling resource center for parents and families, and we invite you to take full advantage of what this wonderful service has to offer.
